Kansas City Date Night Spots
This is the most informal of blog posts, but something I get asked about quite a bit, which is date night! With both KC Restaurant Week starting today, and Valentines Day coming up, I figured what better time to round up some of your/our favorite spots!

This lists rounds out just about every spot I could think of in KC, with the help of your additions!
I've separated the list into dinner and drinks! Some fall under both categories. Anything in italics is somewhere we've been!
Date Night Spots - Dinner
Farina - incredible food, atmosphere, and the espresso martini is a top 3 in KC
Corvino tasting room
Rockhill - a longtime favorite of ours and always first on my list of date night suggestions, everything is great!

Tom's Town - I haven't had enough of their food to give you clear cut advice, but I prefer TT for drinks!

801 chophouse - I'm not a steak eater so I don't appreciate this place enough to eat here, but a fave of Taylor's
Aixois
Tannin - another top 3 espresso martini contender, and their fudge stuffed pb cookie will change your life
Il centro - this is a diamond in the rough; cozy romantic, ridiculously good food - the pesto tortellini is my last meal on earth - we've take all our friends here!
Zocalo - not the biggest fan of their food, but their margs are fantastic and we love happy hour on the patio!
Cooper's Hawk - iykyk, start your night with a wine tasting, then order the gnocchi carbonara, drink the Super Tuscan; if you're ending your night here, sit at the bar and get the almond champs
Garozzos - not my favorite vibe, but the chicken spiedini is kc famous

Brown + Loe - incredible food and drinks; truffle tots and salmon are my faves!
North - great, great date night spot; romantic vibe, great Italian food, incredible cocktail menu

Prime Social - 10/10 my fave new KC spot, feels like an NYC vibe, romantic, upscale, obsessed, get the Amber Sky

Gram and Dun - Taylor would tell you it's maybe a little over priced, but there's something for everyone and the patio is fabulous; D Cup is my fave cocktail
Stockhill - not my favorite for dinner, somewhat stuffy imo (they do tons of business/corporate dinners), but one of my absolute favorite spots for a cocktail at the bar!

Third Street Social - have always had incredibly good food here, leveled up bar food, great drinks, dessert, etc.

Drastic Measures - cozy, small, romantic spot, best for after dinner drinks!
