Monday Meal Plan: 9/21

High Protein Caesar Wraps

  • Hero Wraps (sprouts)

  • Taylor Farms Protein Caesar Salad

  • Perdue Powered High Protein Chicken Nuggets

I use about ⅓ of the Taylor Farms salad kit with the dressing, toss with 1 serving of nuggets, wrap in your tortilla and place in a hot skillet (1-2 mins on each side) if you want to warm it up!

Smores Dates

Layer dates with marshmallow fluff (I used toonie moonie, from sprouts!), a simple mills graham cracker, melted dark chocolate, and flakey salt. Freeze for 20 mins and enjoy!

Crockpot Ramen

Recipe is linked above, the only edit I made was I used 1.5lbs ground beef instead of just 1lb to increase protein per serving!

Teriyaki Salmon

  • atlantic salmon filet (costco!)

  • veri veri teriyaki (half a bottle ish, we never measure)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Use a fork to poke holes all over the top. this helps the marinade really soak in.

2. Pour veri veri teriyaki generously over the salmon, make sure the top is coated.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. we usually prep it the night before and let it marinate overnight.

4. Preheat the @traegergrills to 400°F.

5. Place the salmon directly on the grill (skin side down) and cook until it reaches 145°F internally, usually around 12–18 minutes.

6. Let it rest for a few minutes, and enjoy!

High Protein Pancake Bars

Coffee (19g protein)

Wilde Hot Honey Protein Crackers

High Protein Toast

  • Aldi High Protein Bread (2 slices)

  • 2 eggs

  • TJ Lite Mozarella Cheese

  • Whipped cream cheese

  1. Start by toasting your bread

  2. In a hot, greased skillet, add your lite mozzarella cheese

  3. As its melting, add eggs on top and cook until desired, cheese side will get crispy!

  4. Spread the whipped cream cheese on toast, add fried eggs, top w/ EBTB seasoning

PB&J Overnight Oats (25g protein)

  • ½ cup seven sundays wildberry protein oats (target)

  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt (I used oikos pro)

  • ⅓ cup fairlife milk (I used whole, use any!)

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds (optional, adds fiber)

  • ⅓ cup raspberries (topping!)

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (topping!

Mix everything together, refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Add a splash of milk to thin it out depending on how thick you like your oats.

Taylor’s Smoked Chicken

GoNanas Cinnamon Roll Muffins (w/protein!)

  • GoNananas Mix (any works but we love apple cider donut and cinnamon roll)

  • ⅓ cup milk

  • 3 small ripe bananas

  • 2 Tbsp oil or butter

  • 1 Tbsp honey or syup

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein (we use this one!)

Their package will tell you to bake for 22-26 mins, but I start checking them at 18! When you use protein powder, you want to underbake just a little so they dont dry out!

Supplements I take daily!
